H.A.R.T of Wisconsin is a non profit organization working for the welfare of dogs in western Wisconsin. We are a group of volunteers helping local animal shelters by placing at risk animals, who would otherwise be euthanized, with foster families.

Because we are not a shelter, all dogs in our care live in foster homes. We are committed to placement of homeless dogs in loving,permanent homes through public awareness, education, and the promotion of animal welfare and well being.
